Help Using a blood glucose monitoring system by " freestyle freedom"?
When I first used it, I just had to insert the strip inside and the reader would turn on. Now nothing happens, when I insert the strip. It won't give me any reading when I put blood on it.Is it broken? I have no idea how to reset the memory or get a reading on this. Help please..
Before putting the strip in if you press the M button does the display turn on? If it does not replace the battery. If it does call the 800 number on the back, they will send you a new one next day air and ask you to return the bad one. They even replaced mine after a trip through the wash.
You can not reset the memory, it is on a flash drive.
