how do you calibrate a accu-check-avava?

I also have an Aviva meter. Make sure that you're using the calibration chip that comes with each box of test strips. On the back of the meter there should be a phone number. The people at Accu-Chek are really nice and will trouble shoot your meter over the phone with you.
