What is THE best possible item to use on cat urine to make the smell they are attracted to go AWAY??
My cat urinated in a corner the other day. I cleaned it up. Sprayed it with some oor remover and left. now the smell was still quite obvious to me. but i don't know what to use. She peed in the smae spot gain this morning. i am soaking it in a gel form bleach at the moment. I cant do removal of the laminate and wood paneling. Not an option. ANY ideas???? i am at my wits end with this. She has done this in every single place we've lived. HELP!!!
The other day i was cleaing and swept a pile into a corner. it had some cat litter in the pile. So i see how she thought it was ok. It's my fault. I got distracted and forgot about the pile of dirt. she normally uses her litter box. And is very good about it.
Use an enzyme cleaner, such as Nature's Miracle or Simple Solution, to remove the smell. Then spray a pheromone spray such as Feliway on the area to prevent her from re-marking that spot.
You might want to figure out what is causing your cat to pee outside the litter box. Could she have a urinary tract infection? Is there something about the litter box she doesn't like - e.g. location, not clean enough, etc.? Has she not been spayed?
