24 weeks pregnant and 110 resting heart rate?

My pre pregnancy resting rate was between 90-100... it's always been high. Now I'm 24 weeks pregnant and for the past 2 weeks my resting heart rate has been 110-115 and just walking or being upset will make it go up to 145. My heart rate has never been under 90 but it's also never gone as high as 145 from just walking. I've also been having headaches. Could this be because of my heart rate? My blood pressure has been normal... between 115/75 and 128/86. So it's only my heart rate that's high. My next appointment isn't until the 29th of this month. Should I call my doctor before the 29th or just wait?? Is this normal or should I be concerned? Let me know what you all think or if any other pregnant women out there have experienced a heart rate this high.

I WAS ALSO WONDERING IF THIS COULD AFFECT THE BABY IN ANY WAY??

You may want to call and ask them. My heartrate runs high too. I was actually on medication for it a few months before I got pregnant. It would stay around 160 resting, but it resolved itself with the meds and stayed within the normal range after stopping the medication. Just recently, it has started staying higher again, around 100-110 resting. My blood pressure is normal as well. I was told that as long as my bp is ok, then everything should be fine. But again you may want to call your doctor and ask their opinion.
