I need to monitor my blood pressure as I'm exercising. What is the smallest device available to achieve this?
I have seen pedometers, and pulse counters. I think there are watches that keep track of your BP, and I would like to know what they are called...please!!!!
I have not seen one that monitors your BP continually while exercising as the pulse meters do. There are many small, home use ones - but I think you would check before you start to exercise, then stop in the middle and check it and then again when you are done.
