Do you use Splenda in your diabetic baking?
I just tried putting Splenda in a banana bread recipe I have. It turned out pretty good. I don't think it rose as much as usual, but it taste good. What other things have you used Splenda to cook with?
Yep. Use it just like you would pure sugar. Measure for measure. No difference or very little difference in taste. Bread pudding worked out real well. Rice pudding also.
