why am I gaining weight?
Breakfast:
1 Pop-Tart
Lunch:
Peanut butter sandwich and either chips or a Nutragrain bar
Dinner:
Varies, but not unhealthy
I am a Type One Diabetic (the genetic kind) and this diet has been pretty regular for a while, so I don't understand why now I'm gaining weight. Any suggestions for a simple exercises or any advice?
Thanks
James, your answer is inaccurate, Type One Diabetics are always Diabetic, there is no cure. Why don't you do a little research before answering questions pertaining to health because you obviously know nothing about this. I am offended that you would say something like that.
I know that Pop-Tarts aren't really the healthies thing, but I only eat one and it's pretty much the only junk I eat. My main point of this question is why is the weight gain just starting NOW instead of the past, oh about, year?
Pop tarts are not the healthiest choice...try something like special K cereal or cheerios. Oatmeal is a good choice too.
