Do I have gluten, yeast, or a sugar intolerance?

I am pretty sure I have food intolerances. I've been lactose intolerant for about 10 years. I know I have reactions to eating sugars, but I've been tested for diabetes, so I know it's not that. Now I'm thinking I might have a yeast or gluten sensitivity as well. I've been getting bad headaches after eating wheat products, I've had migraines for many years. My head gets really warm after eating (even when cutting out all sugars). I am really weak all the time. I get abdominal pain after consuming any alcohol, and after eating at times. I've always had headaches after drinking even a small amount of alcohol. I have problems with constipation, but not diarrhea. Lately I've also been getting numbness/ tingling in my hands and feet. I've also had problems with depression and anxiety in the past. I would appreciate any advice, other than "see your doctor".

Wow, i've never found someone which such close similarities with food intolerances! I'm glad I'm not alone!

Sadly I don't have much advice to give.. I've been to doctors and specialists and no one has found the answers. After gastroscopys, EMGs, Nerve conduction tests, CT Scans, Barrium Swallows, Xrays, Ultrasounds and numberous blood work everything is always normal. I get severe pain right below my sterum, the skin feels quite warm when the pain is present as well. My hands and feet go numb/tingling and i often have trouble with consipation as well. But the worst is the pain in my stomach and huge is swells, its unreal and i look about 4 months pregnant.

After dealing with this for so long I've been doing "food eliminations" and what i'm finding my problem is Sugar. I can't have ANY refined sugar at all or my syptoms go crazy. I can still eat natural sugar, such as in fruits. But things like candy, sweet bread, yogurt w/ sugar, table sugar, ect.ect. all have to be avoided.

The best advice is to find something you can eat without trouble and slowly add foods back in to try and find out what it is that is giving you so much trouble.

Best of luck, i feel your pain!
